Musky Or Pike With Ray?

I no that people keep gars with rays and musky or pikes seem to be the same body shape and everything so i was wondering if anyone had any luck with this combo i know a lfs that sells them so i was thinking it would be kinda cool. On that subject anyone kept any native fish?

Pike and musky (other then the chain pickeral) all range in the Northern United states so in no way could survive the rather warm tropical temps rays do best in.
 
Well do you think if i tryed the pike or musky in warm watter they would bother the ray?
 
Well consider musky and pike get HUGE why risk it? Besides the a Northern pike or a musky will not tolerate the warm water and simply die. Redfin and chain pickeral range farther south and stay much smaller. They MAY work.
 
I see. Mine as well just do gars then if it is that big of a risk
 
no i was thinking about the summer from palos pets. they are very hard to find in the winter
