Dont be lazy on this one guys. This is important, its one more way to show them how much these pets and our wild encounters mean to us. Do it, it will only be 10 bucks for a stamp if it works. Even if your not in Texas, you may want to be some day and surly you would want them to support your state.

Texas HB1788 Repeal of Road Cruising Ban
Texas HB1788 Repeal of Road Cruising Ban
Please respond to this Poll regarding the number of people who might buy a "Stamp" to be able to road hunt herps in Texas. I know this is very short notice, but all responses must be in by tomorrow! This could help pave the way for a repeal of the Road Cruising Ban in Texas! See below...

HB 1788

This bill would make a stamp available to herpers that want to road hunt in Texas. You would still be required to have a Hunting License.

Here's a link to the bill...http://www.capitol.state.tx.us/tlodo...pdf#navpanes=0.

We need to respond to this immediately.

Please go to one of the following Forums to participate in the "POLL on HB 1788 and Herp Stamp Usage in TEXAS".

BUMP for a cause. Already done.

USARK was at the Hamburg Reptile show a week or so ago. I think it had something to do with Pennsylvania restrictions on a ton of different species of exotic animals. They raised something like 2K in about 4 hours.

they are considering banning our right to own crocs and hots. Thats why they where there

So they want to be like New York? Imitating NY is never a good idea...
