Actually Lounge is off-topic from fish...if this is fish-related then it should not be in the Lounge.

General aquaria discussion wouldn't be appropriate unless it's aquaria-related, and it doesn't sound like something with a focus on a specific species, so it is most likely best suited for the Lounge.
