My 10" Nigerian Lapradei

Got this bichir a week ago. Currently feeding well on market prawn but has a frayed tail edge and I'm worried. These pics are only a couple of days old.

Thanks for the compliments guys. Danh, all you need is a nice, dark substrate and you'll see your Lap colouring up. Uh, groovitudedude, what's "tseilgu"?

Thank you. Those are sensory pores if I'm not wrong. HITH affects mainly cichlids and a few other families in the class Perciformes. Bichirs are in another class altogether.
