My 12" Bifas

Got this guy from buddy of mine a few days ago. He's a looker despite his deformed gills and tattered fins.

I have never seen Bifas red from head to tail. Most Bifas have red head and touch of red on the edges of fins. There is no deformity of the gill plate. I checked my Bifas and Sysnpillum, and they all have that notch on the gill plate. My Bifas is only 3 inch, and hope that he will get at least half as red as yours.
