Hello everybody,

First thread for me here.

below you can find some captures of my SA community tank. It has been running for about 3 months now, working on the setup since last December

Aquarium is 47"x27", 22" high (120x70x55 cm). Bottom sump filteration

Population - (it is over populated and I'm in the process of selling few fish):

1 Heros sp. 'rotkeil' / Severum Red shoulder Female

2 Red Spotted Sverums
1 small Green Sverum

1 Geophagus SP "Tapajos Red Heads"

I would appreciate your feedback and ideas on the decoration, fish population, the set up etc

As the fish grew it will definitely be overstocked, but for now they all look very healthy and happy. Don't think that I would concern myself with decor as it looks good already, but then I usually tweak my decor atleast 3 times a year just for the fun of it.
 
I thought I was overstocked and probably was but once I thinned the tank down it was never the same after. The remaining fish became very territorial and started fighting. I say leave it alone and do a very gradual thinning down process over a long period of time. If I had it to do over I would have left my tank as it was. By the way, very nice fish and we have almost identical stock, you would be amazed how close our stock lists are lol.
