i have a 125 gallon tank with:
1 albino tiger oscar about 5"
1 green terror with the gold trim on fins about 5"
1 gold severum about 2.5"
1 Jack dempsey about 1"
1 convict about 1"
3 silver dollars
3 clown loaches
1 rainbow shark
1 synodontis multi from when tank was african
2 plecos on about 8" and one about 11"

i wanna get rid of the plecos. and maybe the rainbow shark, and posiibly the silver dollars.

i would like to add another fish like a texas or jag or urau

Any opinions????? I am aware ill prob get butchered about this but i am pretty new to sa/ca

I have 3 emperor 400, and a fluval 404 on the tank

Getting rid of plecos and SDs is a good idea, replacing them with other fish is not so good... Here is why:

1) You will have a problem with your tank being overstock when all these fish reach maturity. Therefore by removing silver dollars, plecos, and/or a rainbow shark you will eliminate some of the bioload, thus ensuring that the rest of the fish can live long and healthy lives
2) As for the proposed rplacements... Uauru won't work, its way to peaceful and will be harrassed by each and everyone of your present cichlids; tex may prove to be a bit too aggressive for other fish; jaguar will DEFINETELY descimate everything in this tank, plus this fish alone when adult would just about push your bioload to the max (you could keep with a couple of smaller cichlids like convicts, a pleco, etc with it but nothing more than that really).

Just my 2 cents
