My tank is finally up and running, Its a 125 gallon long tank. I built the stand myself and I am very happy how it turned out. This is gonna be the new home of 6 Caribe piranha. I love how my homemade sump turned out! I made it out of a 29 gallon tank, with a plastic storage bin with holes drilled in the bottom of the drawers. The overflow flows through a sock filter and then through the pump and the biological filter is fed through a bleed off the main return line. The pump is a Pondmaster 1200GPH (which I am told is the same as a Mag drive). The standpipe is whisper quiet and all you hear is a little water movement. Its been cycling for about two weeks with prior cycle media introduced. I am ecstatic to put the fish in sometime this week:nilly::nilly:
