Also in the tank are 3 tinfoil barbs and 2 tiger barbs. Tiger barbs will be leaving soon. I'm also thinking about adding a Salvini, Rhino or Sailfin Pleco, and a Synodontis. Think this stocklist is too high?

Great looking driftwood & aquascaping!:headbang2

Thanks. Still needs a little more wood and plantwork though. All the driftwood in the tank was free! Found it in a creek bed and cleaned it up.

Any problem with it leeching tannins in the water? I just put a piece I found in the ocean 2 yrs ago in my tank and its discoloring the water bad. Ive done weekly water changes, put 4 times the amount carbon needed for my tank, used purigen as well and its still leeching.

It really wasn't too bad. There was slight tanning at first, but after I did a 35-40% water change it has been fine. I did a lot of cleaning on the wood before putting it in the tank... bleaching, scrubbing, rinsing, and drying. I think that got most of the tannins out.
