Did you just get him? His belly being sunken in does point toward him needing more food. How often and what do you feed him?

How often do you feed them? It doesn't look 12" and the oscar doesn't look very good either.

He is in India maybe he means 12cm. That seems more legit. The barrel decor is sold at petco and is about 4"-5"
