My 130g Cichlid tank.

Lovely deep blues on the EBJD, and that GT's finnage is really something at that size. Both have a bit more growing to do.
I feel sorry for that drab little convict

Thanks! The convict adds a lot of spunk to the tank and actually made the GT come out of his shell. Since adding the convict, I’ve seen a remarkable improvement in his confidence.. even though the convict chases him around from time to time!
 
Great looking fish.

I know I don't have a lot of room to talk, but it seems a bit cramped in there. And will only get worse as more fish put more size on. Do you have plans to get another tank and split the herd up some?

Thanks. I definitely do, and soon.

Trying to think of the best ones to take out and give a different home to.

I’ll hopefully be getting an additional 180 gallon soon.

I would start with the South American in one tank, Oscar's GT's. Then Central American in another, the JD's, Red Devil, Convict. Then be ready for other splits as size is gained. Or if a pairing happens. Looks like you have a male and female JD's they decide to pair up could cause some chaos in the whole mix. Same with them Oscar's.

I used to want to have a mess of fish in a single tank. But having Toni almost alone she really comes out more, than before.

If I was you I would put the O's in the 180 with some SD's and a catfish. Then a 125 for the JD's. Another 125 for the RD get it a mate. And one last 125 for the GT and Convict.

Lovely cichlid tank with classy inhabitants. I actually think you might be able to keep the whole group in a 180 or 220, minus the red devil of course. Hes right at that size where theyre still manageable. In a couple months you might start finding dead oscars and jds around.
 
Fish look good. I think you could very easily split these fish into the 180 and 130 for life. Only problem might be the red devil, but some are worse than others, might be fine.

My Oscars might be paired up? I'm not sure. They are best pals, do a lot of synchronized swimming and are complete goofballs. It was funny, actually. The white one was in the tank first.

When I introduced the larger black one, it was scared. The white one came over and shielded it from the whole tank, and swam on him like a piece of armor. It was astonishing to watch, really. They have been pals ever since.

Right now the Red Devil seems to think its an Oscar, as he follows them around and swims with them. My female Jack Dempsey is fairly aggressive, and puts everyone in their place minus the Oscars. The Red Devil wants no part of the female JD, but will calmly stand its ground to everyone else. It isn't aggressive in the slightest, but I know what to look for.

Lots of good ideas in here, and I'll be sure to listen to all of them.
