My 14 Festae growing project

I purchased 14 f1 festae from umbeeking and they are growing fast and looking great. I bought them a 1.5 in and now they are around 2.5 to 3.5 in.

Wow nice I thought festae grew slow, how long did it take to get to 3.5"?

My guys are growing out pretty fast for festae. I have had them for about 6 weeks. I do a 20% water change a week and feed them 4 small times a day. But yes they do grow slow compared to other cichlids . Post some pics of your guys

i don't have any, i'm looking to get some in a month or so , still setting up my tank, but just researching. 2 inches in 6 weeks are not slow growing by any means you must be doing something right! what do you feed them?
