So i picked up this 150 gallon tank for 90 bucks and i thought i would share some pics.

i will probably have to end up resealing it because some of the silicone doesn't look to good and im not going to trust it.
so if anyone has easy way to get rid of the stains let me know and all comments welcome :)

Vinegar is an excellent way to get rid of hard water scale.

mmmm kinda had a tank a bit worse, Honestly I found the best way is a razor a few hours and just go up and down rub it off with a cloth rinse the cloth and keep going tanks come out looking brand new !

thanks for the razor blade idea i ended up soaking the stains with vinegar like COG commando suggested then going over it with a razor blade. there's almost no more stains, and it only took like a hour.

The best way (in my opinion) to get off calcium build up is steel wool. Take the tank outside, scrub the calcium, and rinse with a hose. Works like a charm and looks good as new.
