As soon as I walked in to the store I went straight to where the oscars were, and I knew he was the one I wanted he was following me, this is the only reason why I even bought one today because I couldnt let someone else snag him

Do you guys think I should feed him tonight? Im giving my fish in my 55g bloodworms, so I was thinking about pouring a couple in with my O and see if hed eat but I dont want them to go to waist. You guys think he'll eat? Im trying to think of a name for him, im going to give it a few days till he forgives me for the stress hes been put through and see how he acts but I think Oscar mier wiener is what Im going to go with :

He will eat.. TRUST ME. Mines is a pig he eats over half a block of bloodworms by himself.
Does your camera have a manual setting? If so bump up the ISO to 400 or higher and even if the fish is moving the shutter speed will make it look very nice.
I would try pellets though before bloodworms. I usually only feed my fish bloodworms as a treat every 3 days or so if they havent ate in a while.

oh lol I feed my stock bloodworms almost every night because thats all my ghost knife and peacock eel will eat. Ill try a couple pellets in there and see if he goes for them. If not Ill give him some bloods and see if he'll eat that. do you have any pics of your O Id love to see what he looks like. Ill try and snap some pics of my O up now with my cellphone camera if i can catch him not moving for a sec. If not ill post some tomorrow with my gf's camera. Hes around 3" now and i think the orange is starting to develop on his lower body. No present highlighter orange yet though. They grow fast.. i reckon mine has grown about an inch in 3 weeks.
