My kelberi is 17" and half as much wide and deep. Such a unit and an absolute whopper at feeding time but who could be angry with a face like that

He certainly is a tank. Talking about maximum size of these fish doesnt reflect just how big they areIt’s a tank mate. Beautiful pattern too
At feeding time he starts acting a dick and causes full on waves in the tank and water to splash out as he gets excited
When I was target feeding a smaller gar I had to stop as he would shoot up from beneath and on two occasions caused gar to jump out of the tank
