Ok well i finally finished setting up my 180 gallon.
First, we had to strengthen the floor because my floor bounces whenever you walk on it. So my dad and i cut open a hole in the floor. We added some 2x6's and two 16" x 16" x 24" deep cement pillars. Heres the pics:
Next we laid down the plywood and the cement board. Then we put down the tile. More pics:

I cut the eggcrate to size and put it in the tank:
Then I bought 120 pounds of lace rock. Here's the rock structure and the first layer of sand:
