i bought this pleco on the 20th sept 2013 for about $2 at 3" long :) now it's about 6" long :) my one and only pleco tht survived.. :) he poops and eats a lot which makes me suck out the poop about 3times a week lol

he's sharing the tank with my endlicheri in a 48x18x18 tank :)

Fat and healthy little guy! Mine is around 4", I've had him for four months, started out at MAYBE an inch. These have great character.
 
thaanks man.. any time for u to share me some pics ? :) and yeaah, he's my healthiest pleco out of all pleco tht ive ever kept.. im not really a pleco fan but i hope mine would turn out well in the future :)
 
Looking good. Mine's about 10 inches...hides all the time. Mines kind of ugly.

He's off to a great start! A common gibby got me hooked on plecos, many moons ago.

Crap phone pics is all i could swing, though my rhino was front and center begging for food.

Nice Pleco! This is what got me started in fish a 2" Algae Eater we rescued 9 years ago. At least that is what I thought now 9 yrs later it is 16" long and still growing. He has a cleaner tank and set up nice. Old picture I am learning more about fish!

This is what I found on it;
•Scientific name: Pterygoplichthys multiradiatus (Hancock; 1828)
•Synonyms: Hypostomus multiradiatus, Ancistrus multiradiatus, Liposarcus multiradiatus
•Common name: Orinoco sailfin catfish
•Group: Catfishes
