it could be spotted but when your taking pics its all crazy bro! dang lol can you please give a more stable and straight forward pic of them and not these crazy loopy and flipped pics...please =D

Florida/spotted as stated above, no way to solidly distinguish between the two without examining the fish further and having locality information. nice looking specimen--

nice gar. as solomon said above there is really no way to tell the 2 species apart. again nice Platyrhincus/oculatus!
