Mrs Noodle our beloved pet has suddenly lied down on the bottom the tank. Her breathing appears shallow and her belly looks thin. She hasnt been eating the past fews days and her eyes appear cloudy. Is there anything I can do to save her? All of our other fish In that tank are fine . mind you we cannot add anything that will kill our live ppants or it will kill the entire tank. HELP please

You need to test the ammonia, nitrite, and nitrates with a liquid test kit like API freshwater master test kit. Everyone will ask for these numbers first. Then they will ask for size of tank, water change routine, and tankmates.

I’d say take her out and isolate her until you figure what is wrong with the setup or Bichir.

Situation like this I normal would add salt and bump the temp up to btw 86-88%.

I agree with all of the statement's above. You must provide all of the information needed to further get help. Also what type of food were you feeding the Albino Bichir?

Water parameters are important to know...but I would expect a Bichir to be one of the last fish displaying difficulties due to bad water, rather than the first.
