so i went to Neds today and i finally bought this fish. Ive been looking everywhere for one and Neds was the only place that had them...but it was 40 bucks. today i got it for 20 bucks. it was cheap because it has the deformation on his head. its wild caught so they it came in like that when he was young. ive seen him in there for months...20 bucks was to good...he is around 10"

I don't think its close to 10" it looks good to me except that little indent

yeah but that indent is what got me the hook up...ill get an exact measurement. i do know he is 3" from top to bottom. he is a big guy
 
haha i was WAYYYY off on the 10" he is roughly 6"...how the hell was i off that much hahah


and correction he is 2 1/2 inches tall lol
 
so since you seem to know american cichlids might I ask for an id on this i have had it since a wee fry
