Interesting concept, that's for sure.

Not meaning to be overly critical and perhaps it is just some kind of optical illusion or something, but in the pictures it looks like the screws are not evenly spaced -- distance between the screws and distance from the edge. Perhaps there is good reason for that.
 
They are not evenly spaced. Originally I had far fewer screws. I had a small seeping leak and said &^$%# it, I don't want to see another leak. I tripled the number of screws and drilled them all by eye as good enough.

I own parrots and when i look at bird cages for sale the top end, at about 2-5 grand, are stainless steel cages. Powder coat is the next best thing.
