thanks, i would start a monster tank but my parents wouldnt let me, im trying to get a 40 setup but they dont really like the one i have now. what do you mean test the rocks? they have been there almost a year with out any prob. no this is my only one. The barrel will prob be awhile i need to get the pumps and stuff

Get a job, buy that 40 gallon or any other tanks you want with YOUR money. Also, if all your tanks are in your room and you do all the work then your parents really won't have a logical, vaild arqument against you having fish. Just make sure nothing leaks or smells, because then they will complain (with good reason.)
My parents still b***h about my tanks (although I've caught them looking at my fish more than once!) and I'm married with kids and we own our own house!

well i have the 40 gallon but there is light tab on it that says dont fill with water so i guess i have to reseal it or something. and the 20 is in my room along with a chameleon cage and i share a room so there isnt much room left and its on the second floor so wieght could be an issue
