The tank is a 210G Aqueon with the "Megaflow" overflows. I run one side as a restricted syphon that handles ~90% of the flow, so it is very quiet. All equipment is housed in a 300G rubbermaid sump located in the crawl-space, the cabinets don't have any fish equipment other than food in one of the overhead cabinets and a feeding timer/wavemaker in one of the lower cabinets.
I've had all the cichlids since they were juveniles. Most are about two and a half years old, except for the Flagtail who I've had for about three years.
