So im starting to get my 25 ready for fish.

After im done decorating, and getting a new filter and light, i will stock.

Heres what i have planned so far.

1 Oranda Goldfish(if not Oranda, some kind of Goldfish)
1 Cory
1 Pleco
8 Neon Tetras, or Puffers? wich do you suggest?
1 aquatic Frog??

What do you guys think?

I think the Pleco, assuming you mean Common Pleco, will get much much too large, and that Oranda probably will as well. They can get up to 7''.

Well, i can always get a smaller Pleco.
I havnt really decided on a choice of what kind of Pleco.

As for the Goldfish, i can always buy a bigger tank:D
But i want to buy it as a small one, and when he gts bigger..i can move him.

Did you realize that neither neons nor puffers fit in your tank?;) Goldfish are incompatible with either of them.

First, the neons are too small and will likely be gobbled up. Second, puffers are nippy and should not be kept with long-finned species particularly goldfish. Third, goldfish require cooler temperature which your other fish will certainly not appreciate. Fourth, tank is overstocked at any rate..let alone a pleco.

Okay, so forget about neons, puffers, and the pleco.
:nilly:
Is the cory still okay to have?

What is another small schooling fish i can put in there?

Instead of a pleco, whats another algae eater i can get?

try the clown pleco. i have one in my 29 and one in my 150 and both tanks are spotless

Corys need to be in groups of 4 or more. They are not singel speciemn fish. Bristlenose pleco's or clown pleco's would be the best choice.

What about 2 corys?
I know its not ideal, but it would be better than one.

Ive always wanted a bristlenose, so ill probably get one of those then.
