My 270 gallon tank

Hi is was wondering how mant Fontosa i can have in my tank which is
6 x 3 x 2ft tank. I already have a giraffe which is ruffly 2ft.i do have a smaller tank which i can grow them up in. and have some polys in there two.

Well based on aggression and the size they will end up 13+ inches I would say you could keep a group of 6 adults but of course more as juvi's.

How is your G. cats attitude? It may take a while before they could hang with him.

Giraffes hurt when touched. But I reckon you could fit 6-10 adults in there.

I would say 8 adults. If you're lucky, in a tank that big they will breed

I think between 6-9, but understand that from juvie to adult could take up to 3 years. They are very slow growers. You have time to grow them and house them for quite a while.

Who didnt know that. You can easily breed a colony of Fronts in a 125 if need be.

I reckon you could have 10 int here quite easily just maake sure they aren't small enough to be eaten.
