Your GT isn't part of your top 3? I was certain it would be lol...well I guess people have different taste, I love my little GT...hes about the same size as yours too

Cool fish btw, whats that 3rd one called?

thanks guys ;D the third one is a Madagascan cichlid, Ptychochromis Sp "red fin northern" really interesting fish. They arent too aggressive but good at holding their own.

And CK well the thing with my GT is shes really hard to photograph, shes the slowest grower and the moment I get the camera out runs away.
These guys never fail to be out showing off when the camera comes out. The next time I put pics up thought I will try to get EVERY fish in the tank.

Oh, thats understandable lol. My GT is always out and about when I'm by the tank, but is also camera shy sometimes. I'm going to try and get a good pic of him once his top dorsal heals completely, he was in with kenyi's and other really aggressive africans when I purchased him. His back tail was also shredded. Although hes still in with a couple africans (a yellow lab and a yellow tail acei), they don't bother him at all and are no where near as aggressive as his former tankmates.

I really wish I had a camera like yours, you always have awesome photos of your fish

ha, thanks buddy. my Camera is an Olympus, model number E-520. My dads had it forever I just use it whenever I can, I took some great pictures of some Deers and chipmunks in the mountains one day. but I think its much harder to photograph fish than animals.

Your GT sounds like its doing well, how big is it now ? I´ll try and get a picture of mine, I think its a girl but only time will tell.

actually here we go.

getting slightly bigger but still keeping the weird body shape, think its a female.

thanks Amber! not as cool as your native tank though !

My GT is also a very slow grower :(, he hasn't grow much at all since I purchased him ~2 months ago. I think hes still around 3"

Nice sun catfish btw, howd you take a photo of him? My sun catfish is always hiding in his skull (the darkest place in the aquarium), he only comes out at night.
