Hi, i had this tank 2 weeks now with some live rock, but yesterday i got my ceramic rocks so when i had gotten that into the tank i no loonger had room for the live rock i had hehe, but i dident like the shape of the live rock so i djust leave it out, i hope some of the live rock i had for 2 weeks in tank have innfected the sand and that will infect the ceramic rocks trou the sand, the rock are abit bright now, but in the next couple of weeks i think and hope they will get darker in color.
i runn 150w HQI Aqua Medic light. sirculation tunze nanopump 6025, only have 1 now but 1 more is on its way in the post. also got a Tunze doc 9002 skimmer.
Dont know if i will have real corals in or djust have some fake ones.
will take more picture later when rock have gotten some algea and gotten darker in color.
at the moment there are 2 ocellaris clownfish in here, more fish will be added later on when the tank have been running for like a month or so..

Looks good.

It was smart to re-insert the live rock as it will seed the other rock and sand in time.

I would say that you could remove some of the non-live rock to open it up a bit for water flow and better filtration.

Also, if you are not keeping any corals you do not need the metal halide light at all. You could get a much cheaper light for the tank to save you a lot of money in electricity costs.
