Hey first thread so I thought I'd share my complete redo of my 10ft tank
Tank now
I decided I didn't want a dump on my tank anymore and in the thought process I decided to completely redo the tank and make it how I've always wanted it to look
Wet dry vacuum is super helpful
X2 fluval fx5 as filteration I'm planning on getting a nuther one
The tiles for the bottom
All in it took around 2 days to complete
Except the lid did that over a couple weeks
Cut holes for the airstones in the tiles so they would be nice and snug
Painted the back
The outlet pipes
Filing the tank to test the piping
Lucky only had one leak which was a easy fix
Full
The filteration
Fish in
started on the hood
Lids done just need to add handles and play withe the lighting a little
Finished product (still wanna add some rubber stripping so the light doesn't shine through the gaps on the lid)
Now some pics of the inhabitants
Needed some more movement in the tank so I picked these up today
More pics..
As soon as they went back in the tank they rays started doing those thing
Thanks
