I've had him for about a year with no problems, just 3 days ago he was courting a female BGJD in the tank, so I would think he was in good health then. But after that he went down hill.
He had white stringy poop, but then he had a very long black poo which was weird considering the white stringy poo he just had.
next he didn't eat but then nobody ate, seems they don't like the pellets I feed them anymore? this could be because I've been feeding them mysis shrimp the last few times I've fed them?
he has not been swimming around the tank anymore either, and my wife this morning found what looked like a blood clot in the tank
, this could of come from him

Anyways found him on his side and not breathing, I'm worried about my other fish, I'm going to treat the tank with something tomorrow.
any suggestions on what meds to use and what this most likely is that kiiled him?
I would say internal parasites ???
