Just wanted to share my pool/pond setup for my catfish. Not sure what brand the pool is but it is the ones that are designed for koi, like the ones at the koi shows. All of these fish were adoptions on craigslist of fish that outgrew peoples tanks.

Current Stocklist

x1 28" Tiger Shovel Nose
x2 24" RtcXTsn Hybrids
x1 22" Albino Channel Catfish
x3 20-28" Silver Arowanas

Sweet! I ran a similar large, freshwater monster fish rescue in Rochester, NY and now do in Naples, FL.

That's awesome! Good job rescuing those fish! How much does a setup like that run? And what are the dimensions?

I am not sure if its 5ft or 6 ft diameter but i only have 1ft of water filled because of my arowanas, they are the most aggressive aros I have ever kept. Some fish beg when they see you, my arowanas throw their bodies out of the water. I think reading somewhere, you can get an intex pool at target on sale for 50$ and the liner that you can get for extra protection is 100$ i think the index pool is also larger. The main cost will be the type of filter you want to run.
