Nice tank man. I also have a 55 dat tank.

i love my dats so much lol i used to have it set up with a bunch of little hides all over but they always hide and fight so i put in this huge log and they all use it like a cave all together get along every once and a while they all come out and my tank looks filled with fish! over all tho mostly always fish at every lvl of the tank im very happy with it to bad in a lil i need to bump it up! ima go 120+ after this

Nice yea im gettin a 125 august-september. I got 5 ITs, 3 NTTs, 2 CL, and Im going to get a jardini aro in a month. I was thinking about getting a flagtail today.

Looks good.
I really like the dats and flagtails.
A bit of advice though... lose a flagtail or they will decide between one another on which one will die.;)
I had three and two of them killed my favorite out of the trio just by attacking him at feeding time prevent him from getting any food. He had no visable damage on him, just died from the stress.

ty i decided my dats never attack eachother just chace so id put 1 good hide spot they can go all around and hide ut they like to stay together worked out wonderful!

yeah i heard about that after i got 2 but i think i got really lucky at first (like a week) they chaced around in the 30 gal they where in but they calmed down alot now in the 55 they almost never fight and they are slow clumsy kiss battles not the aggressive side ramming they first did and for some reason they always flow eachother around 3 inches apart not like they are following but grasing together always kissing food from wood and rocks but if they do get out of hand i plan on selling one

yeah dats and bichirs are so amazing all my bichirs i picked cuz they where the ones swimming at the top =D so they are all really lively (untill they are fat slobs that never move till food time)
