My 55-Gallon SW Setup

Seems how I almost never post any shots of it, here is the 55-Gallon SW tank! And no, that's not a DIY background, lol. Just of bunch of beautiful algae. But it does give the tank a more natural look.
Not very much in it at the moment; I'm hoping to spiff it up a bit soon.

lol, because I found a dead Clown and a missing Damsel one day, and one fat Grouper. Two weeks after being in the tank? Maybe longer. I just don't want to risk him going after anyone else.

lol, it is, however it isn't necessarily a bad thing, as it helps the tank.
It's my mother's; I'm just the one that makes sure everything goes well. Hopefully I can upgrade the lighting soon for an Anemone, or something.

I would try and get rid of the micro algae, and upgrade to some macros....I could actually get you some if you wanted. Im trying to start sort of a macro garden deal up here.

The micros are prone to dieoffs, and your tang cant eat them. The macros would be great for your tang, look better, be more stable, and do the same thing water quality wise.

Is the tank sumped? It would be a good place to grow some macros to help with h2o quality and keep the tang from eating all of it, while still having a source of food for him.

+1 though, I like the "natural" look.
