My $6 flowerhorn

I bought this guy a couple months ago at a Pet Supplies Plus for about six bucks. I don't expect high quality but high grade hybrids areally hard to find in mid-michigan, at least in my budget range. I had him in with some CA/SA's for about six weeks and moved him into a 75gal by his lonesome. He is looking much better than I expected.

This was a different $6 fh from a local pet supply chain. I had two fertile Thai kamalau's that I tried to breed him with but he never fertilized anything. He died two years ago to internal parasites.

Yeah it's roll of the dice with any fish that size but 6$ compared to 60$ it's not a high risk lol
