MY 75

Okay now I'm worried about the stocking of my tanks, but I'm not afraid to post it here, we have a 75 with the following fish in it

1- Convict 3"
1- Salvini 2.5"
1 - Tex 4"
1- Tex 3"
1 - Tex 2"
1 Tex 1.5"
1 - pike 3" Belly Crawler
and soon to be arriving a 9" Green Tex M

Trying for a male Tex and I think the smallest 1 maybe our only hope


Please let me know if this is to much

I dont see a problem, especially if you have it properly filtered, an by properly I mean enough for a tank twice the size.

I have 2 aqua clear 110s in it is that enough ? Or I cluod get a bigger filter, I also due partial water changes twice a week and whenever I test the water everything checks out okily dokily

if everything checks ok and you have 2 ac 110s things should be Aok for now

thats very good I have 2 AC 110s on my 120 along with a fluval403

Cool thanks for the help ,I don't want to be known as a bad fish keeper, I've only been into this hobby for less than a year I think 7 or 8 months.

That green texas that is 9" is gonna terrorize those other fish. If you could get another one that is smaller it would be a better bet for you for sure. Also, your salvini is gonna get rather aggressive as it grows...just a tid bit of info...

I didn't see this post until today, not to worry the Green Texas didn't survive shipping which really sucks because I'm unable to find them where I'm from. And yes I call our Salvini Phsyco Sal (not very original) he is always fighting his reflection I keep telling my wife he is training himself to rule the tank

I think all those fish will eventually outgrow a 75 though.. Are you planning an upgrade in the future?

Not right awya my plan is to keep just 1 Texas , the pike, salvini and the con. I already have homes for the other 3 texas guys from work want them I'm only hoping to keep a male Tex if I get 1 and I think the smallest one might be the one. My fingers are crossed.
