Hey everybody, longtime lurker, finally
getting back into the hobby and pulling a few of my aquariums back out of storage. This is my 75 gallon CA Chiclid tank. 75g, homemade stand and canopy. I have four juvenile fish, hoping for at least one nice display fish! I have one Flowerhorn, a Buttikoferi, a Jaguar, and a Emerald Cory Cat. Yes, I have seperate grow out tanks for each as size and aggression increases.
Im all about low-buck decoration. Ive probobly spent less than $40 on decorations, haha. The driftwood is hand collected stuff, screwed together to form my idea of a stump type peice. The slate is was bought at home depot, as was the sand. The plants were probobly the most expensive part. Filtration is through a fluval 405 canister, and a Cascade 70 HOB, and a tube filter extension on the powerhead. There is approximately 500g of Purigen between the two main filters. Lighting is a dual bulb t5 fixture. If im forgetting anything, let me know! Thanks for looking! The Jag is still a little camera shy, ill try and get pics tomorow night.
