my 90 ga surfline needs a canopy wanting to build

i have 4 bulb vho setup i am wanting to install inside as well as a couple of metal halide retros as well. The tank is 48" x 19" x 24". I don't really want to spend $600 on a canopy

I just need someone to get me started off on the right foot. If anyone has ever done anything like this give me a hand. i am at a standstill because of this dammned canopy
I bet you could make the front "s" shape out of wiggle wood, then cut the top to match that shape. https://selectproducts.com/html/frame2/frames2.htm search for bendable plywood in their search bar
....just think about48x19x24 Thanks for the info, I almost made one out of fiberglass... I have the plans drawn out but it was the front wave shape that was killing me. I think i will try the wiggle wood. This site is the best... I am really impressed with everone and the wealth of knowledge that i have already learned from going through the posts. Thanks again
