My 90 Gallon...what do you guys think

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Finding it hard to criticise, looking very good. What substrate will you be using? (I can't see any)

Looks good I like it. I know the feeling with the wife/girlfriend wanting something.

It's actually play sand substrate...its really nice actually, not white but not dirty brown...gives it a nice color. I took the picture with my macbook so that should explain the upward angle...
the hardest thing was to make it so there was something out of the water for my red claw crab to get out of the water, thats why there is 2 pieces of wood stacked in the right corner...
The girlfriend issue was extremely hard, we had a big blow out fight and she realized she wasnt going to win (me selling the tank) so she backed down and compromised, I wish the conversation could have been recorded, a fight about fish....lol

I know that goes...

That ID shark is going to outgrow that tank shortly but it will be 0.k. for awhile. I kicked my last gf out when she tried to mess with my tanks. lol

lol....
actually I dont think my ID Shark is going to make it much longer to be honest, sucks cause I've had him a few months now since he was a baby...recently though (past few weeks) he doesnt swim, he literally lays at the bottom of the tank, maybe shifts or changes spots but I never see him swim. This morning I got really hopeful cause he was swimming around and when I fed them he actually ate. this is the first time ive seen him eat in a week. He used to swim around with the 2 other sharks I had, but since I gave them away he hasnt been the same. I wana get him a buddy just not sure if it'll work...I know they need a bigger tank. The most I can go is like 150 gallon so once he gets up to like a foot ill look for someone with a huge tank or a pond.
