IN YOUR HEAD
the aro got nipped by my gar. i may have to stop trying to convert them to non-live until the afro is out of their tank or much larger then them. i am looking at taking it out, but they are not aggressive toward it, it is just a reaction/test bite. just like the nips among gars in a group. the wound is not severe and the aro doesn't seem affected by it. i am watching them closely to see if any other bites occur as i wont hesitate to separate if i need to.

don't mind the beat up angel in the tank. it has been through WWI, WWII ans WWIII. angels + large preds= angel with it's *** kicked.

scott.. what are you feeding the afro? looks sweet.. i haven't seen one ever here.. ask an lfs and they'd go "there is no such fish" ha ha ha.. and whats the track playing..

kaya,

i am feeding 'glass worms' to it. they are an insect larvae of some kind. the track in the first vid is by 'All That Remains' the song is "the air that i breath" and the second vid(feeding) is by 'All That Remains' the song is "undone".

hey got any tips for me to raise one from 3"

just got mine. feed constant and alone or with non-aggressive tankmates.

i have just taken my gar out and put them in a diff grow out. they did nip the aro again so i took them out. so the aro is now just with an angel, peacock eel, and a spotted rapheal cat.

i'll do plenty of updates as this aro grows. i have a feeling that this will be an extra fun fish to raise.
