I had an african dwarf frog die recently after owning it for about 3 weeks. I found it floating at the top of the tank and moving sluggishly. Upon closer inspection, its skin appeared to be peeling off its body. Any ideas??
They do molt, but I've also heard of this happening when there's residual chemicals in the water as well. A lot of fish medications will kill African Frogs in short order. They are also more vulnerable to disease when molting as well. Sorry to hear of your loss.
