My albino alligator is not accepting feedings. It's been 4 days and he can't even swim.

To be honest it looks like he spooked and slammed into the covers or wall of the tank and damaged his spine 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Im about 99 percent sure thats what happened. Not to mention, I bet he added it by itself.
I try to never add one fish at a time, especially if you dont switch things around and you cant really do that with a bare bottom tank.

If you have another aquarium, i would separate him/her, have good aeration or surface agitation and add a low dose of aquarium salt.
I wouldnt have the aquarium pitch dark at night. I have gar, but have a ton of experience with arowana and you always want a little bit of ambient light.
Have just enough of blue light so he can see. If they cant see anything and another fish touches them, they can freak out and swim full speed into the glass.

What size is that aquarium? How many fish ? Im sure you keep your nitrates below 40ppm . But i definitely would right now.
My aquarium is six fit by two fit by two fit. There are total 13 fish.I also feel like my alligator gar spine broken.I have a total of four aquariums and all of them have fish. Sliver arowana, albino Arowana RTG Arowana super red arowana.

I definitely would add a blue (moon light) if I ever kept another gar or arowana great suggestion.
