My Albino Bichir is sick I need help!

I just lost a young Dat yesterday an now I came home an my lil bichir is not looking good at all he is very fat an not moving much plus he has a lot of red on his fins. I will have my water checked tomorrow but im worried bout the rest of fish.

Please help what do you think it could be.

looks like he got anchor whorm or some parasite same like my senegal got like this to,for preventive i give him dylox or gold100 and salt fish (medicine in indo) i dont in your country its calling what. and change the tank water about a half.
