My albino channel catfish

Sure you'd take him, Chub_by :) He's a cutie. How big is he? Mine went from 5" to 1.5' ~5 lbs in one year, which is less than average growth. You may not have much time to look for a new home.

There is a reason channels are the most farmed fish in North America: for 1 lb of food they put on 0.5 lb of body mass.
 
I have 2 channels. I had to move them due to my redtail trying to eat them!

Last night I had to rehome one of them because one cat was really picking on and bullying the other cat of the same size. Weird

Not knowing the identity of the other cat, I'd say cats bully other cats far more often than not. Even of different species, genus, or family.
