He will swim around a little bit but for the most part he stays at the bottom on the rocks and doesn't move around very much. This is a new tank and had him in a tank with a blood parrot before putting him in his own b/c the parrot kept charging him. All he wants to do is sit on the bottom in the rocks. Is this weird?

I could just be sulking, oscars are big baby's when it comes to tank changes even changing decor of the tank can make them sulk, but to know for sure we need to know some other info
How long has the tank been running and what are the water parameters?
How long has he been doing this?
How big is he and what size tank?
