My alerts stopped showing up

Hello MFK,
My alerts stopped showing up in the bottom right of my screen. All it does is make the chime sound but no info shows up. It's kind of annoying. This happened right out of the blue. I haven't changed any options on my profile page. Does anyone know why this is happening all of a sudden?

When you 1st login or if you logout and log back in it will ask.

Usually every time someone comments on one of my posts or replies with a like it shows up in the bottom right of my screen. It shows the users name and the reply. I haven't done anything different than yesterday. It makes a chime noise with no info. Weird. It just started today.
