This little guy is a hair under 5'' long. I figure he's growing at about an inch per month. I got him in December when he was just under 2''. Since then all I've been feeding him is the local mosquito fish minnows an ghost shrimp. He's definitely the coolest and most intuitive fish I've ever kept. He's an absolute stunner.

nice! it seems to me that AT's grow pretty fast. there is a AT at my lfs and its been there for like 2 months and it grew big.

Nice AT, do you think its because of him being on live food that he has grown so quick? I recently got an AT too but he is only on frosen food.

I have no idea truthfully. He is really stubborn and won't yet anything that isn't live. So I keep the tank stocked with both ghost shrimp and minnows so he can eat when he's hungry, but he has to work for his food too.
