I bought this pair of A. cacatuoides this past summer from my LFS at about 1". I put them in my only tank at home, a 10 gallon, and let my mom care for them while I was at school...and by care, I mean feed and add water (luckily its soft here).
Now they are about twice that size and the female is getting her colors. I'm hoping to breed them if 10 gallons is appropriate and if my mother's care is up-to-par.
