My Armatus lost a fang!! Will it grow back!

Today when I was feeding my armatus talapia (yes I finally weened it off live), I notice that one of it's bottom fangs are missing! When it openned it's mouth to swallow the chunk, I only saw that only the left tooth was left! Now I'm freaking out! lol. My armatus isn't skittish or anything. It just settles near the corner of the tank. My armatus never darts around like crazy. The bottom part of the mouth is a bit reddish brown. No blood though. Is it because my armatus is shedding its teeth? It is currently 5.5 inches right now. Will the other teeth fall out too? Will it grow back? If it does grow back, will the tooth be normal or crooked?

How long does it take? Does your armatus loose teeth? How often? thanks

They shed about once a month.

Yeah,and they don't seem to be strongly rooted as my armatus sometimes knocks a tooth out just from grabbing a piece of food.

Ya, my armatus grew back it's teeth within a single day! Now I just need to find all the teeth to make a necklace! If the armatus knocks its teeth out, will they grow back crooked since I saw a pic of an armatus with crooked teeth.
