My Aro is an Idiot or maybe I am

I was just doing a simple water change. The Aro spazzed, tried to jump, knocked one end of the top completly into the tank, llid, tops, lights, still power to everything, rocks from the top of the tank, the biowheel cover, oh it was endless. So I unplugged everything from the wall, good, no Aro electrocution thank goodness, Now the tank was pitch dark which my Aro HATES, so for the next hour I had to put the entire thing back together. The Aro is swimming around feeling all cocky, quite proud of himself.....

He already bit me today, I was holding liver and he jumped out of the water and snagged it up to my second thumb and finger joint, scraping all the way down. Bloodthirsty Carnivore.

Sounds like you have your hands full with that Aro. So far, mine seems calm but just wait till my 8 year old son and his friends scare the fish when I'm away. They scared my adult African cichlids so they all just bunched in the corner whenever I came near them.

those aro's sometimes are really stupid. my 4 silvers suddendly foud out they're afraid of me. when I 'm in the room they cower in one corner of the tank the stupid girls....its a first for me..
