My aro is not moving and staying on the ground

Post ur water parameters. Tankamtes? Last wc and food? How big is the air? Any possibly injuries? Better pic or video of behavior?
Would suggest dimming lights and providing some floating plants. Silver aro (i assume) can be easily spook and cling to the bottom of tanks. Smaller aros less than 12inches seem to this. Try some floating pellets and see if that helps to entice it to come up and swim.
