My aro is sick, need help

Ok my guy is in a 29 gal growout with some feeder guppies been eating till yesterday then lastnight when i came home he was laying on the bottom of the tank he would try to swim but he looks ( broken ) for lack of a better term . There was a krib that i didnt notice had popeye disposed of him did a 50% wc added salt and melafix is there anything else i can do for him?? I grew this guy from a sac holder to 6" dont want to lose him . Thanks
